Initial Consultation: One hour session $90/hour

Health Assessment: looking at current life balance including diet, physical activity, sleep, and stress management. 

Wellness Plan: defining an individual plan for what your body needs to restore and maintain health

Follow-Up Options

Reviewing your progress and fine tuning your plan

Individual instruction in yoga, breathing, or meditation practices

Cooking for wellness: menus, recipes, grocery shopping, cooking tips, and techniques

Seasonal cleanse consultation
