And Where we begin is in the kitchen!

Cooking classes are based on the principles of Ayurveda. Classes teach how to cook healthy delicious meals from seasonal produce, whole grains, herbs and spices, to promote optimal health, harmony, and balance.  The concepts presented are easy to incorporate into the everyday  western kitchen.

There are a number of options to get you well on your way to cooking wholesome delicious food that works for you: your body type, your lifestyle, and your goals for long lasting health.

Private Cooking Class:
$90/hour
​
Group Cooking Class for 4 people:
$240/two hour session
**$30/per each additional person​

Quarterly Cooking Workshops:
Theme or season based. Times and dates to be determined.
